VERY SLOW AS etc etc

VERY briefly today(around 13.00 BST)AS worked like it used to back in the good old days. However, 3 hours later and it's back to slow slow quick quick STOP.
Since I've been on AS (2004) I've had more problems in 5+ weeks than the 5 years put together.
A few moments ago a brand new message appeared...never seen this one from AS before

What for ? So I can see it again?
