URGENT HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLP!!!

Can anybody tell me how to get rid the %^&* MyDoom virus?

My virus protection can't delete it. I've tried "Housecall" which does an online scan and it can't delete it. This is the messge I am getting:

Unable to clean the file 'C:\Documents and Settings\Helen\Local Settings\Application Data\IM\Identities\{9D2F96EO-44BE-BFBA-B32142A99E61}\Message Store\Attachments\documents.zip' because it is surrently in use.

I've done a search of my computer - through the Control Panel - and I can't find this file. Because it says ..."IM"... I have uninstalled the AOL and Yahoo Messengers and I am still getting this message.

PLEASE!!!! CAN ANYBODY HELP????

I haven't gotten online since I found the virus and have tried to stay away from my computer. Fom what I read, it seems that it could be safe to go online with my PC.

I use my husbands' computer when he's not around and when I logged on today, he's computer is infected with the Dumaru.z virus. Fortunately, it seems that his McAfee is cleaning and DELETING the blasted thing!

Thanks again. I'm going over to my computer and see if that site can get the flipping thing off!!
