*URGENT*Bidding on auctions which dont ship to your country

Hi everyone,

I have a dilemma, apologies in advance if its a silly newbie question! I want to snipe an auction that is a USA seller (he only ships to USA, ENDS IN A FEW HOURS). I live in the UK, my account is registered with my UK home address but I have a secondary USA address too which I use often. Will AS still snipe for me or not??

If you can snipe using your ebay ID then AS can snipe on your behalf. I doon't think eBay can prevent you sniping on USA only Auctions if you're in the UK so you might be lucky!

There was this little item in the AS Help for “Status Messages”:

Blocked by seller
Your snipe could not be placed because the seller blocks specific groups of buyers. For example, if a seller doesn't ship to your country, he can block all bidders from that country.
