FYI a search on ebay for that last item says:
quote:
Invalid Item:
The item you requested (2551070704) is invalid, still pending, or no longer in our database. Please check the number and try again. If this message persists, the item has either not started and is not yet available for viewing, or has expired and is no longer available.

Looks like a problem at eBay.

First one comes up ok though.

I have had a lot of screen and database update problems. One thing I (not tech support) found was that my IE6 browser was not set to refresh a page every time I accessed a page (spyware did this??). And tech support told me that because I had checked the "remember me" box underneath the signin - that is waht it did - from the last time I accessed Auctionsniper. I guess this could cause a problem too. But mostly, tech support thinks that if I cannot recreate a problem, it is because I am not using the website properly. Therfore it is not a problem.
Regarding price updates, I have some saved screen shots, that show the times, of the "snapshots", of failure to update. For three hours? One screen shows the message that says that I "cannot update for another five minutes". Tech support feels that it is my problem because I cannot duplicate the problem.

Anyone else have problems like this?
WELCOME

To update prices at AS, you have to hit the update prices button. They will not update on their own, except maybe once or twice a day. Update prices IS only avaliable every 5 minutes. AuctionSniper wants to spend processing power placing bids, and not updating prices every 5 seconds.

If you want to continously update prices as the auction nears end, it's best to do it at eBay. It will not work on your My Snipes page.
