Update Payment Information

I've tried to update my credit information but the "Update Payment Information" page just sits there and stares back at me without doing anything. I listed my credit card number in four groups of four digits each as it appears on my card -- should I show it in another format? (Hint: it might be a good idea to show the format you want on the Update page.)

Hmm, that's odd. Maybe it was due to the spacing. Can you try it without any spaces and let me know. If that is a problem I should tell the programmers so they can fix that.

I strung all sixteen numbers together without spaces and it worked like a charm. May I again suggest that you put this information on the "Update Payment Information" page somewhere very near to the window in which the credit card number is to be displayed?
