Unresolved Bid Group

Can anyone tell me what Unresolved Bid Group item means and how to rectify it? I've had a couple of e-mails from AS telling I did not win because of this.

Hi. As I understand it, it means that the second bid was not made due to tha fact that ebay did not get the results out from the first auction for AS's computer to know if you won the first item or not. That must be as clear as mud. But, I have found that sometimes if the two auctions are too close together, that will happen. Not often, but when ebay is at it's busiest, it can happen.

Thanks for the info. I thought that as a newbie I was doing something wrong. I've had this for about 3 of my snipes in this bid group over the last couple of days.
