Unhappy seller

I have been using auction sniper for a while now and love it. I won an item a few days ago, so I email the seller to ask how the shiping is going and he responds that he lodged a complaint against me with ebay for using auction sniper. He is a newbie to ebay Auction sniper is ok to use right? Anyway the guy has my money and won't ship the item. Any words of wisdom? I have lodged a compliant against him. Other then that not much I can do right?

Also, go to your preferences on AS and uncheck INSTAMAIL! It notifies your selller that you are using the service. No sense in stiring the darlings up!

That InstaMail option has been a source of problems for several new snipers. The InstaMail option will send an email to sellers when an AS sniper wins an auction. The default is to send it, which catches some new snipers by surprise. Go to My Snipes >> Modify Account; then scroll down to InstaMail.

I'd suggest you send him the link that Serenity supplied and see if he comes to his senses. If not then he definitely should refund your money in full.

The go and deal with someone with more experience/commonsense and leave him to his fantasies.

My son just had that happen to him. It was some kind of candles. Well, the guy sent them..28" candles in a 20" box! You guessed it, smashed....so make sure you get the protection plan!
