I have lost 3 of my last 4 winning bids because of this error:
"Status Summary: Unable to Sign In"
These were all in the last month. I never had this happen before. What's up with this?

Well, I lost 3 out of 3 yesterday because of this failure of AS to login.

- Around what time were the actions?
- On the “My Snipes” page, what happens if you click on the verify link on the bottom right of that page?
- Next to the snipe, there should be a “View Confirmation” – what do you get when you click on that?
- When you sign into ebay, does ebay ask for any additional information, or extra sign-in info?
You have 25+ lost snipes in that folder. We have to check each before bidding to make sure you havent won one.
Delete that bid group, start a new one, and put your active ones from that bid group into the new one.

Just a quick followup here:
If our signin process takes to long to complete (network is slow or whatever the reason is), we still attempt to place the snipe.
That's why you might end up with a confirmation message that says something like "Item has ended", yet the status will be "Unable to Sign in".
After everything is said and done (sign-in and bid) we compare the times everything happened and compare it with the end time of the auction. And in some of the snipes in question here, the sign-in completed after the item had already ended.
