I have been unable to get to the "My Snipes" page for the past hour; it is now 9:33AM PST. In the AS Support section there are many post sbout this issue in the past 24 hours AND NO RESPONSE by anyone from AS regarding the source of the problem, the expected duration, and suggested workarounds. What's up? This process is the foundation of your business - NO SNIPES, NO BUSINESS. Unless I get a respnse and see one posted in the next hour, I will have to move my snipes to the competition - bells and whistles not required, access to "My Snipes" page is.

yea if only I had a list of what I had in my My Snipes page so I could remember what to proxy bid on and when.

your More likely to get chewed out for expressing your discontent and then get a big rationalization speech on how you should have already bid the max that you are going to bid on your auctions and yadda yadda yadda the snipes go through and you don't need to see your My snipes page whenever you feel like it blah blah blah and take no responsibility for the inconvenience caused.

At least that's what I saw and got the last time.

It's called effective business practices 101...I mean just say sorry s*** happens and move on.
Just tried to add a snipe to see if snipes were still working inspite of the problem...Get the same response when trying to add a new snipe....They will not make any money if people can not add new snipes...This is a little more serious than just being unable to access a page on the site. This has been going on now for too long of a time. No responses from any of the people that actually work for AS...I think we all need to be updated on what is being done to resolve the problem. Some of the items I bid on only come up for auction every 2 or 3 years...THIS REALLY SUCKS!!!
Whew!!!!Just in time...Still, I think they need to update us when something this major is going on....At least let us know they a diligently working on the problems so that our little minds do not conceive all kinds of doomsday scenarios about what is actually happening. PS...Printed my "My Snipes" Just in case.
Some maintenance which we normally do late Saturday night appears to have been needed a little earlier this week.

We've made the adjustments and it will now happen on Friday morning with our normal maintenance.

started having problems on 1-23 kept getting error messages was unable to access my snipes contacted support took 6 hrs to get reply finally everyone started having problems on sat. i think free snipes should be given just because of the aggravation these problems have caused.beiing unable to access data is as important as snipes being placed if you can't cancel or updsate snipes you could be obligated to buy things you may or may not want. i personnaly had snipes that i might have won if icould have updated info this is what we pay for
