UK Sniper - Searching, Shipping and Sniping - Need Help

Hi everyone, sorry if this has been answered elsewhere but I couldn't find it.

I'm based in the uk so I use ebay.co.uk for the majority of my purchasing activity. I'm having a bit of a problem though with the AuctionSniper.com search facility.

Firstly, despite changing the "eBay Regions - Item location" option to "UK" and "Currency" to "Pound Sterling", all my search results are coming back in US Dollars.

Secondly, none of the 'Shipping' costs are being displayed in the resulting search (either in Dollars or Pounds).

The only way I can find out these details at the moment is by clicking on the link and viewing it in eBay.co.uk itself.

So my questions are:
- Is it possible to have search results in Pound Sterling?
- How do I get to see the shipping costs for each item after running a Search (in Pound Sterling)?

I, too, am in the UK. The AS searches are of no use to us on the ebay.co.uk website. Do not bother using them - AS are unwilling to fix all the problems so just stick with the ebay searches.

Is there a more UK friendly sniper service I should consider rather than AS? The main reason I want to use this kind of service is for the Group Bids and not being able to compare apples with apples (i.e. bid price plus shipping costs) kind of defeats the object of paying for a service that's supposed to make life easier. I doubt anyone will recommend another service, as I doubt the moderator wouldn't remove the info.
