How about ebay UK bids - where are these processed? Should Ebay UK users up the 5 second snipe time?

Thanks for contributing to our forum. Our system is actually configured to submit all bids directly through the US based eBay.com site, even those listed on other localized eBay sites, so it does not take us any longer to submit bids on items which were listed on the eBay UK site than similar items listed on the eBay.com site.
As such, we still feel that 5 seconds is the ideal lead time when using our service to bid on items which are listed on the eBay UK site.

I'm in the UK - many successful snipes under my belt in an eBay 'career' spanning more than ten years. I use 8 seconds but 5 is fine - AS adjusts lead time anyway if server response is slow...
