When signed in on the site now you'll notice two new tabs next to the My Snipes tab:

Wins tab:
http://www.auctionsniper.com/mywinsinfo.aspx
This new service helps you track your wins with the sellers email, when you made payment, when you received the item, and whether you've left and received feedback, etc.

Searches tab:
http://www.auctionsniper.com/mysearches.aspx
This feature lets you easily setup complex searches and save them. You may review the results on our site, or elect to have them emailed to you.

As these are new features please provide feedback, bugs you might encounter, etc.

Pricing is still up in the air. There may be a small fee such as 10 cents per item for win tracking. Searches done from our site would be free, emailed searches would be about 10 cents a day, a little more if you wish us to create a thumbnail of each auction in the search result. This would give you a thumbnail for every item in the search results. Something not available from eBays search.

They're all free for now though, so use all you want as much as you want. It'll probably be like this for at least a month or so.

Thank you

I just recently discovered the Auctionsniper service and signed up. The searches and wins tracking were major incentives to use the site, so I don't mind paying a small fee for the auctions I win. If you start charging for the searches and wins tracking in addition to the sniping, however, I will probably quit the service.

There are many sites and products out there that allow you to snipe- each costing varying amounts. I find that Auctionsniper is more appealing than others due to the nice "fringe" benefits, sich as the searches tab. If you start charging for these, the service will lose its appeal for me. Besides, making auctions easier for your customers (through the searches and wins tracking) means that we snipe more auctions, which means more money for Auction sniper.

Anyway, that's my 2 cents worth.

I hadn't gotten any emailed searches for a couple of days, so I decided to try it from the search tab. No items found was the result. Now, ebay found several hundred for the identical search. So, I think, maybe AS doesn't like something in my constraints (ok 3 days ago, but things change, right?). So I eliminate any contraints. Now I have the box titled "Search All of these words" filled in with simply hermes scarf. Nothing fancy. No results. Same ebay search gives over 400 items. Mad

So, Mike, you are not missing much if you cannot see your Search or Wins tabs. Wink

Wins is working today, by the way. Thank God for small favors. Razz
If a fee was imposed on win tracking I would just not use that feature. I like the search feature, even though it does have room for improvement.

Personally I feel that charging for these features would be like slitting your own neck! These are features that could help draw more users, hence more snipes, and more revenue generated from the snipes themselves.

Just my two cents Smile
And something that I think needs improvement.. There needs to be better clarification of what 'All of these words' and 'any of these words' and the other options such as 'composed words' mean and how to use them to better your search experience.

I also noticed that some items were coming up in my searches that did not contain the words in my 'All of these words' selection.. I even double checked and made sure the auction did not use keyword spamming because the items were not even the type of thing I was looking for.
