HIGHEST OR FASTEST

AS doesn't play one sniper against the other. It will place both snipes. The highest snipe wins, assuming: 1) no other higher bidders, 2) next increment reached, 3) reserve price reached, 4) lead time sufficient to place snipe. In case the snipes are the same, 1st in will beat out 2nd in. AS acts the same as two different bidders placing manual snipes.
