Tracking New Auctions Somehow????? Help!!!!

I buy computer gear and lately I am getting no real good deals. All the good items that come up where you can make some good money are bing bought with buy it now within the first 2 minutes. I have looked through ebay and spoken with my power seller, and assured there is no way to watch a certain part number and when an item is listed you be notified right away. My question is, is there someone to track or be notified right away when items I buy are posted to ebay, so I can try to be the first to the item. I know I am missing something, because there is noway the same 3 or 4 people can keep winning all the good stuff in the first 2 minutes.
