I can spell! But can't win a bid. Any one have an opinion on using this site?

Provided your bid is higher than any existing proxy bid you virtually can't lose.

Your bid will be placed in the last few seconds with no warning so there's no time for other punters to up the ante. You will pay one increment more than the highest proxy.

It works, and once you've tried it you'll never bid any other way.

It's considered one on the best bits of sniping software available and, as it runs on their servers and not your PC then it is a winner in my eyes.

Good news - you get three free goes so give it a try. I rarely bid these days - I just pay AS to do it for me.

I know someone that knows someone that has won over a 1000 snipes.

I actually don't see 1000 wins for that 'someone'. I see someone who has close to 1000 wins.. but not quite 1000.

If you mean me, William, I include in my total the snipes I had under my previous member name in late 2001/early 2002. That puts me at 1004. Shame on you for casting aspersions on such a faithful customer of long standing.

Well, I educated myself of a "snipe". Would you please be so kind as to recommend a web site and how many secounds I should ask them to hold to submitt my bid? You are an expert I see, and helping me a little would be ok. As you know, what goes around comes around.

HA! I was not 'casting aspersions on your honesty'... I was just reviewing snipe totals and it didn't add up to 1000. Congratulations on reaching the 1k mark! PM me your old user name.. and I will 'reward' you for being a 1K sniper.

I actually use Auction Sniper!

I think the best thing you can do is to read our "Auction Sniper Tips"

Then if you have further questions go to our "Help Page"

Then from there you can always check out our "Frequently Asked Questions"

And finally.. if you need further help, you can file a support request by going to:

I am new to AS and after 2 loses, i decided to do a little research and on my final and free attempt i won the G4 Cube i really wanted. I plan on using AS again. I have a mac and i wonder if any of these tool bar or browser update are mac compatable? "Anyone...Anyone...Buueller"

Unless AS has changed something, you should still have 2 free snipes. Snipes shouldn't get charged to your account unless you WIN!
