Too early a bid - AGAIN! | Auction Sniper

This is the second time this has happened!
The bid this time was placed at 17 seconds, not the requested 7 seconds. Once again someone was able to beat me out.
I am completely disappointed with auctionsniper.
Last time the excuse from you guys was that the auction ended on the hour - this time it did not. What's your excuse this time? I have now lost 2 auctions I might have won had I not depended on you.
I've got one tomorrow - is this going to happen again?
Try getting it right for a change!
