I can not even begin to tell you how annoyed I
am that your fix wasn't done in time for the
biggest most important snipe I will ever make
on Auction Sniper! Even though many others were
effected as well, it is natural to be most
interested in one's own snipe. This was an
enormous problem that should have been fixed
immediately. Since you have lots of customers
you probably won't miss the ones who really
got screwed.

I guess that you're angry but, as AS never claims to be 100% reliable, then relying on it for "the biggest most important snipe you will ever make" was probably a foolish thing to do.

AS has no control over eBay so they have to react to them as they occur. Fixing software isn't an instant job - think about it logically - they have to spot that there is a problem, work out what has stopped working, work out how to fix it, fix it, check it's fixed and then release the fix. Easy!
