I am planning on putting a snipe on an item that has multiple buyers bidding on it 3 days before the auction closes. (Ugh, I hate that)

So, my question is, if I think there is going to be a lot of bidding, or preset bids through ebay, does auctionsniper automatically put in my max bid, or does it bid back and forth like a normal human would? I'm wondering this when I'm putting in my seconds... because if it's going to keep bidding back and forth, then I need more time.

But, if it just puts in my max bid, the only way they can beat me is if they bid in the last second, literally, or have a higher preset bid?

Let me know if this make sense. I think I might have a twisted view of how it bids.

Suss out how much you want to bid, add a few cents/pence (helps you win in a tie situation - see my recent posting elsewhere), set the lead time to 8 seconds and walk away - AS bids as if it was you right at the end...

Rememeber, it's not the last bid that wins, it's the highest!

Read up on AS's FAQs, these forums and Proxy Bidding on ebay's Help and you'll be as good as Rick!!!
