Time Zones

Hmm...
I'm bidding on a article that ends tomorrow morning. however altough AS shows the right date and time, it also shows that the auction ends in 1 day 9 hours instead of 1 day 1 hour. a difference of 8 HOURS. Now I'M living in Germany, is this a time zone problem and does this mean that AS will bid 8 hours too late??
