TIME ZONES................

I have made this suggestion before, but haven't seen any comment, so here goes again:
To me, the biggest hassle on Ebay and Auction Sniper is the time zone differentials, a real PAIN in the CLOCK! Conversion to PDT and the 24 hourclock frequently cause miscalculations for the buyer/seller/sniper. I don’t have a good solution for this problem, except perhaps a chart something like this:

Eastern Central Pacific
12:00 noon 1200 11:00 AM 1100 9:00 AM 900
1:00 PM 1300 12:00 noon 1200 10:00 AM 1000
2:00 PM 1400 1:00 PM 1300 11:00 AM 1100
3:00 PM 1500 2:00 PM 1400 12:00 noon 1200
4:00 PM 1600 3:00 PM 1500 1:00 PM 1300

The chart should be expanded to 15 minute increments and include other time zones. Perhaps it could be incorporated in a pop-up chart like some calculators in accounting programs.
