I just want to know ASAP if I have to tick the small boxes on the left hand edge of the item box for the snipe to work???
If not, why are they there???

If you are on "Import Wizard" page, then you have to check the boxes for the auctions you want to snipe. If you are on "My Snipes" page, then you only need to check snipes that you want to cancel/move. Right above your snipes, see the text "Checked items" next to "Cancel" and "Move".

I went through the tutoral and it does not mention the boxes. I personally think that AS needs to be a little more explicit in the tutorial. It is such a good place to get new snipers off on the right foot!
