We're working on that. We're speeding up the price updating feature. It's so fast now the page displays again to you before we're done updating the prices. Smile Should be fixed Wednesday sometime, if they didnt fix it last night. You might only notice if if you have more than 2-3 times in your snipe list.
Actually, bigkid, if you'll read the post immediately before yours, you'll see that Support (Sniper Sara) already responded with a very helpful answer. And the problem I experienced has now been fixed. I'm sorry if you're not happy with some experience you've had in the past but I haven't had any problems like what you've described. This isn't your utility company -- AS knows they have competition, and they do their best to keep their customers happy.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who got that message. Strangely enough, I haven't seen it since, either.

And now, an editorial: I've been reading some threads, including this one, and there seem to be some very angry &/or frustrated people out there. I'm new here, but I've been really happy with AS services in spite of the slowdowns and the error messages and the incorrect prices and all the other crazy stuff that goes on. This is the internet, after all. What else can you expect from computers? The Blue Screen of Death and I are very well acquainted.

You don't trust AS? Snipe manually. Nobody's holding a gun to your head.

And, "thanks" to puppy raiser for the web link and to all the "expert snipers" who spend so much time helping the rest of us out.

Sounds like perhaps a manual sniper at one time. Sure can be the pits placing manual snipes. Heck, even if AS didn't place 10% (which isn't the case) of my snipes, I'd still use it. ANYTHING! ANYTHING! and ANYTHING! (caps mean I'm shouting) ANYTHING, but placing manual snipes (except when I happen to be around, and perhaps as backup).
