I just tested mine and it is working fine! The only thing I can suggest is to make sure your name and password are exactly the same as ebay, including the case. The other thing you might try is to shut down the computer and reload. I assume you do have free snipes or an account set up? You can also, if this does not help, report it to http://support.auctionsniper.com/

If you are doing a copy and paste, make sure there are no spaces before or after the item number.

Or - use SNIPE IT NOW and save yourself the hassle.

I have come across this before. Are you using a notebook computer? If so and it uses the sleep/auto shutdown mode, then I suggest the following if it recurs.

In Internet Explorer, Click on Tools > Internet Options > Delete Cookies > Delete Files >OK
I have found that unless you delete both Cookies and Files, it doesn't reset itself.

I find that in trying to delete things from My Ebay after a "Sleep" period it also goes "no such user" even though I have logged in correctly or re-log in again. Only if I clear the Temporary Internet folder does it My Ebay work again.

I don't have a desktop, so by the reactions of the others above, they don't seem to have the same problem.

The other variable is that I can think of is that I use XP Professional (do you?) rather than the Home Edition, so I don't know if this has any bearing on it

Camera, I use a notebook and have come across this with other things, but not here yet. Your suggestion is worth a try.
