the bids have not changed on snipe

have any of you bidded on something.. and when you check on the snipe the bid of others and the price was the same...the bids have not changed on snipe... but when you click on ebay.. you find out the bids have changed..
when i made my first bid on snipe.. ebay had 0 bids... but today about 5 minutes before the end of the sale i found out on ebay it had 7 bids and price was up to $7.50...but again.. snipe still said it was at o bids and still at the same price i had seen when i first bidded.. and that was 4 days ago..
