Technical problem

Every time I click on the add botton to add a new snipe a page comes up saying you are having technical problems. Well I have lost 6 items in two days because I can not snipe. I can not be on ebay.com and ebay.de at the same time. That is why I signed up for Auctionsniper and had most of my friends sign up. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? I use a webtv but have used snipes before and won. PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!
