Maybe somebody in AuctionSniper Support would like to tell us about this "collocation" which is screwing up everyone lately? Seems like they are getting blamed for everything, but exactly who and what is this other company or service?

I could understand an unreliable "collocation" server causing the flurry of site outages. But in a 6/28 response to my support ticket, the "collocation" was also blamed for my snipes being submitted 1 - 2 minutes early. How could that be? Presumably, the "collocation" is a rented server, is it not? The AuctionSniper program monitors the auction ending times at eBay and then submits a bid according to the software's instructions, right? So why is an early snipe even possible?

Support said the early snipes were fixed, but others have since posted about the same issue. Are they fixed or not?

Timing issues should not be blamed on the collocation. If you are going to put a numerical value for the lead time, you should be able to guarantee this lead time even though you experience lag or timing issues with the collocation.
Why not have more than just one collocation? If I was a business like yours I would have at least three collocations in different parts of the US or even some out of the country.
