It all started with a very small problem. I had a snipe that couldn't be deleted. No big deal. I filed a support case and posted on this forum. I waited. Ten days. I tried the support and forum again. Told to wait again. Then I'm notified that I haven't responded to their solution. What solution? All I have been told is to wait.

All I am asking for is simple basic communication or better yet a solution to my problem. I filed a third case with support complaining that my first two have been put on hold as if they're waiting for a response from me and now my third case was immediately closed.
This is the last time that I'll ask for help. After this it will be cancellation and refund time.
