Suggestion: Provide email alert when min bid gets within $X

Rather than having the preferrences option to receive an email when my max bid is below the min bid level of an item I am sniping, allow me to set an alert level per item that emails me if the min bid approaches within $X dollars of my Max bid (X is settable)
OR
Allow me to set the preferences option to email me when the min bid is >= Y% of my max bid (again, Y is settable).
