Stupid "Mason errors"

What is with this crap 5 minutes before the end of an auction I am outbid and I can't modify the stupid snipe. What's with this?!!

Here is the actual error. I would expect someone at Auction Sniper would care to elaborate on this.

Hi All....I got my 2nd Mason error today...The auction was close to ending and I was on A.S. and had clicked on the auction page and was reloading.I was OK until there was about 90 seconds until the auction closed and when I refreshed I saw that someone had bid over my max bid...which was set to go off at 5 seconds....well when I tried to modify my AS bid..I couldn't because the "modify" button wasn't there anymore..
