Steve-

1- I must have registered for the forum months ago. I forget when.
2- As a function of registration the forum process sent an email to me that I had to open to confirm they had my correct email address. I must have deleted it without knowing of it's importance.
3- When I tried to use the forum recently, I received two error messages
A- "Only registered users can access this area. You have not yet confirmed your email address so this area is restricted. Go back."
B- On going back, I got "You have already registered. You do not need to register again."
There was no apparent route to forum techs to ask them to resend the confirmation email I needed, so I put the request in every space I could write in. Somehow, that offensive request has remained in everything I send to AS. I cannot delete it.
Sorry for the long explanation. An AS tech "Michael" finally got me out of this problem.
