Sorry to be a nuisance but have one more question

I have told all my friends to sign up for sniper and we as a group are trying to get things right.
My question is about the time.
Being in Australia we log onto ebay.au
The info for the snipes are;date correct, time 1 hour behind probably because in NSW we are on daylight savings time.
What date and time does AS go by? We in AU are ahead of USA by 19 hours + 1 hour in NSW.
How will I know if everything is set correctly?
Sorry to ask so many questions?
