currently its 255. tomorrow it will end.
it will just place my 375 at 5 second from end?

I was under the impression it placed the next highest bid 5 second from the
end at this point 260. if some else placed the same bid it would give the benefit to
the max on file. Person #1 could have 300 max person two could have 350
I set for 375

can I reset my max to 275 now

No.

Is there a question somewhere in there?

Yes.

if there is 3 bidders who ever has max unseen should win.
"Unseen"? The winner is the one that places the highest bid. If it ain't seen in ebay's bid history, then it ain't a bid - it's a wish.

I read in FAQ I can cancel my bid up to 5 minutes before
is that the same for changing the max bid I've set?
Yes.

I guess I misunderstood the sniper concept.
Yes.

You WANT to have your max be the only bid that you place. Whenever there is more than one bidder in an auction, the winning bid will generally be in the amount of the second bid plus one increment. (There are a few unusual exceptions, but that is basically the rule.) Thus, in your example, you would win for $355, which would be the second highest bid of $350 + $5 increment. If you set your bid for $275, you would be out of luck, but if you leave it at $375, you will win. You will not pay your entire max, only the amount that you need to win. That is a function of eBay's proxy bidding system, and has nothing to do with Auction Sniper. If you bid $1000, you would still win for $355 if the second highest bid was $350.

there is now way some one edited their 4 old bids in the last 7 second before close
Wrong. 14:37:03 to 14:37:29 is 26 seconds with 3 “edited” (what ever that means), and 14:37:15 to 14:37:29 is 14 seconds with 2 “edited”. There is no “edited their 4 old bids” nor is their “the last 7 second before close”.

I’m going to go out on a limb, but reviewing all your previous posts, and the responses you got, and the wrong assumptions you’ve made regarding all this, perhaps you should consider either giving up ebay and/or sniping?

May 5th 11:03:32 is my $325 bid 7 second before close

p***o posted all his at $250 yesterday, I do not see where he edited, but I know I had seen all 4 bids at 250 May 4th 14:37:03, 14:37:15, 14:37:24 and 14:37:29
4 bids 26 second apart

Does the blue star mean a edit??

Darn, this is still a "maybe"?

Here are some of your statements:
“This has to be fraud.”
“one time I wanted something off ebay, I might not ever use ebay again”
“snipper was NO help”
“someone must have a software to edit and cheat the system”

You feel ebay’s bidding is a “fraud”, that there are those who can “cheat”, and that AS was “NO help” (all this from a newbie). Additionally, this is a “one time” deal with you, and you “might not ever use ebay again”. You’ve lost the auction. Perhaps you can provide the reason you want to continue to learn how to use this fraudulent, cheating, non-helpful service now that this one-time deal is done?

In case you’re thinking this, I’m not an employee. AS’ employees are much more respectful (never sarcastic). In case you’re interested, try this:

I asked some newbie question because of no ebay experience
your remarks are not very understanding, maybe sarcastic

But you came in here, declaring that there was fraud, simply because you do not understand how eBay works. Both eBay and AS functioned as they should, but rather than complaining about others being unhelpful, perhaps you should learn how something works before declaring that there is fraud. You would certainly appear to be more mature and knowledgeable, and less whiny.
