sniping on regional ebay sites

Can you tell me if AS is able to register snipes in the same time frame for regional ebay sites. Making sense? If snipe time is set at 7s .. will AS sending my snipe still work in time for ebay in Australia?

Yes, but be careful about the currency issues...AS follows whatever currency the auction is running in. Don't confuse US and Aussie dollars.
