Sniping on Adults Only section ?

Hi, have a few items I would like to snipe on today, but its the first time I have ever been interested in sniping anything on the adults only section of ebay, which seems to require me to confirm I am an adult every time I log into ebay - will the snipe still work if I am not signed in, or should I be signed in and confirmed in order to do so ? thanks
