i set it up to snipe at 5 secs before

does it only log in once and bid ?

does the way ebay bidding works mean this is enough ?

Yep - as will send in you're snipe from various servers, logging in as if it was you. Your max snipe is placed as a normal bid and ebay's Proxy Bidding takes over.
