Snipes not working in Mature audience section

Try clicking on the confirmation button on the lost snipe. Also, auction number (link preferred) and bid amount might help.

Okay - here are the detains:

Hope that helps. I know something like thos happened a while back with sniping items in the Mature Audience sction.

You didn't happen to use a bid group for those auctions? If not, and since Brits (R2) aren't allowed to look at the auctions (I'm guessing that's the case?), unless someone else has some ideas, probably best to file a support request: http://support.auctionsniper.com/

Did the confirmation button next to the snipe provide any more info?

Would like to hear how this gets resolved.

I have also had the same problem in the adult area, I have had 2 snipes that did not place even though my snipe was higher than the winning bid in one case. In the other auction, the auction ended without a bid. For the first auction & shortly after it closed, the active page on auctionsniper claimed that the snipe was successfully placed. After some time passed & the auction migrated to the "did not win" area & the message "did not win" appeared next to the auciton. The other odd thing was that when I initially set the snipe up the thumbnail didn't display a pic as ususal- just a pic icon. Also, I am a USA bidder, I did verify my ebay info using the link at the bottom of the "Active" snipes page, & my balance is more than enough to actively snipe. The auctions ended 8/13 & 8/14. Also, when I clicked the "view confirmation" button I got the following message from ebay "Confirmation for this item is not available."

I am a US bidder and don't use bid groups. Have filed an issue with support. Sounds like whatever eBay did to block the non-US bidders could be causing this. It was something like this that caused the last problem with snipes getting through.

I don't quite understand their rationale re not allowing international bidders but then they have made other irrational decisions in the past.

Is it fixed yet?

I has 9 snipes that were not placed last week. Support was told that support is working on it and expected a fix this week.

I need to know whether I can snipe on adult auctions or not. If I am unable to, I don't have a justification for staying, at least on this signon.

I just had 2 more that were not placed. I want a refund.

The Mature capability of AS is broke.PERIOD!

In state, overseas, proxy bid, dutch bid...

..Doesn't matter it is just BROKE.

Occasionally eBay changes the format of how to access the Mature section. "Haven't you noticed"

And as in the past, when that format changes AS ability to access the area goes Kaput!

The AS engineers know this.. Now you know.

Whenever the procedure to log into the mature section of eBay changes...AS will fail...period!

Why does that surprise people? AS isn't part of eBay so they cannot anticipate changes, they have to react to changes. So there will always be a time delay. You can help speed up the process by letting AS know as soon as a problem occurs...

The only "refund" you can get would be if you prepaid AS using Paypal and you want to close your account and you have an open balance. If that's the case, you'll need to file a support case: http://support.auctionsniper.com/

What I look at is none of your business.

The fact is that the software is not doing what it is promoted as doing, and so, I've asked for the refund of the unused balance as provided in the site materials.

After multiple requests, I finally got a promise for a refund. It hasn't happened yet, though.

No idea - why not ask AS support via the call you logged on their support system?

Does one need to wear their reading glasses when reading mature content, or do they come in big versions?
