That was our fault. On Monday at about 12:59pm a $5k switch which is the like the air traffic controller of all our computers and lets things into and out of the internet failed. It basically completely blew out and lost all power.

We had a backup in place, and moved all the cables to in and were back on around 1:50. It was just an unlucky rare occurance. Switches like that fail very rarely and most run forever without trouble. Thankfully we had a backup in place and were only down a short time.

Hopefully those that claim that AS never accepts responsibility for lost snipes will remember the above post.

So far as I can remember AS has never had a problem accepting responsibility for a problem when it was appropriate for them to do so. If eBay had a track record like AS what a happy bunch of bidders and sellers there'd be!
