Snipes not placed

This morning, about 2:am June 10th, I placed 2 bids on bidgroup. I assume it was bidgroup. Items were 2029515492, and 2029676030.

When I place them, I was given the message, that the snip was taken.

The auction was to go off at 10:a.m. for the first item. I went to my computer at 2:00p.m., and nothing showed for the bid. I got no e-mail either stating if I won or lost. I kept getting message about the sight being fixed, so could not get into my folders. I went to the won and lost file, and neither bids showed up.
I KNOW that my bid was higher than the bid that won.
After spending a couple hours looking for just the things I wanted, and then lost because of the bids not going through was very disappointing.
