Snipes not getting updated

I just received an email from Ebay that I was outbid on an item and on Ebay it shows the bid count went up to 25 with a higher minimum bid but when I view my snipes at auction sniper it still shows a bid count of 24 and a different bid amount and it has been 10 minutes and it has not changed. It does not appear that ebay and auction sniper are time synced because why is the information from auction sniper in conflict with Ebay. How then can I trust auctionsniper to place my bid in a matter of seconds.

The My Snipes page has a countdown that is based on your PC and some cr@p algorithm that means that it's quickly out of sync. AS have been told that it misleads people (as in this case) but they feel that it is acceptable to continue with it as it looks like it's doing something! In fact their servers are linked to an atom that was once exhaled by Einstein. This vibrates at a know frequency when exposed to Abba Gold (track 14 - Gimme! Gimme! Gimme!) and this is used to keep AS's servers in time with eBay's!
