Snipes not firing?

Today I have watched two of my snipes consecutively not go off. This was not a case of max bid problems, the bids simply did not get placed. They were 7 hours apart, so an eBay outage is not likely the problem. In both cases, they are still sitting in my snipes folder as "Ready" but ended with an amount lower than my max bid. These snipes simply never happened.

We'll take a look. The process that places the bid does not change the status from "Ready" to "Sniped" or anything else. Thus it's very much possible, and is usually the case that we did snipe, even though that status still says "ready."

Another program that figures out if you are the winner changes the status. So it's much more likely that that program either wasnt running, or couldnt figure out if you won, etc.
