Snipes being cancelled!

OK, I understand that if you have multiple items in a bid group and you win an auction in the bid group all other auctions in the bid group are cancelled. Right?

Well, what if you have the same scenario and you do not win an auction. In other words, auction ends, you are not the winner, AND all other auctions in the bid group get cancelled? This happened twice to me TODAY!!! i wrote support but have yet not received an answer. Any ideas? Is this happening to anyone else? Does Sniper support really monitor this forum?

Well, it just happened again. Went through all the trouble to set up bid group AGAIN!! then when first auction closed with me not being winner, all snipes in bid group cancelled. anyone got any ideas? does anyone know if support really does? I can't seem to get any help here. Help??/

it only took them three days to answer me. then they said if you win an auction, it cancels all snipes in a bid group. I wonder what they did with all the money. what money?: the money their mothers spent on reading lessons. they blew it. I still don't have an answer. guess we get what we pay for. "free"? I don't think so if you count the time wasted. does anyone know of another sniper service that works?

I've NEVER had any problem with the support team here. They have been very up-front and speedy to any problems or questions that I have had in the past. AS is an EXCEPTIONAL piece of art! If it wasn't for AS, I wouldn't have been able to "win" alot of those auctions.

In short, I'm sorry about your situation, and outlook on the matter.

My hat off to all of you AS Support Staff!!!

I understand your frustration, Ray. Obviously something is/was wrong. But having that kind of attitude right off the bat isn't going to help anything.

I also agree that perhaps support could have paid more attention to your problem. BUT...do you think maybe they saw what kind of attitude you had and just wanted to move on to help someone who really wanted the help and not just to ***** and gripe?
