Auction Sniper didn't fail you, we helped you win. The reason that your email confirmation was empty is because this is a private auction. Auction Sniper cannot determine the winner of private auctions, and therefore we cannot charge a fee or take away a snipe credit even if you do win.

I came home last night and I was looking that auction and I guess because it was anonymous
auction it really looked like no bid ever went through and in auction sniper it was showing up
as "lost bid". even when I went to my ebay it showed absoluetly no confirmation that i had even bid or won. now this morning I wake up and
I see that I actually did win.

Wow ok just slap me you didn't fail me after all.

Everything on my screens last night indicated that no bid was even placed.

I will defenetly use this service for future auctions because this whole business of waiting until the very last second is really stressful!!!!!
