Snipe Window Problems

I'm using Win XP on a Mac and when I click on Snipe, Firefox isn't opening a new window, it's opening the Snipe window in the same window and it's not registering the item number. Is there a known bug fix for this?

Hi Lisa,

This issue has been confirmed as a bug and has been referred to our engineering department for correction. However, at this point, I do not have a good idea when it will be resolved. We appreciate your patience with regard to this matter.

This current "bug" with the "Snipe it Now" link only affects Mac users.
