Snipe Placed - No it wasn't - but why not ?

It appears some bid group snipes might not be being placed.

We need to confirm with eBay that you havent won the other items in your bid group, before we bid on items after that. Otherwise you could end up winning 2 items. For some reason it's taking a very long time to verify wins.

I'm not 100% sure this is happening, but it appears that way. You may wish to move your items out of the bid groups and snipe them one at a time until I can confirm this.

I don't believe this is the reason. I happens to me almost every time I use a bid group, even if no bid had been placed before in that group.

Is there already a thread about bidgroup problems?

I stopped using them as hardely ever snipes are placed, and I already lost a couple of pretty items despite I was high bidder

You are probably using them incorrectly. Because this is not normal. I can check on that later. I am in the process of investigating this problem today.

I don't see what mistake I might make. I create the group, enter "1 win", and add the items.

When the time has come, AS either remains on status "Ready", or switches to "Snipe Placed" - without having placed anything.

The bid group problem has been resolved.
