Snipe not working & can't import my watches???

i just joined AS today (well technically yesterday now) and i cant get it to work either. kind of disappointing

I'm having the same problem. It's gotta be technical problems with their daily updates.

Thanks for your help... my apologies for the crappy typo mistakes in first post, as I was in hurry as an item I want is about to go off half way around the world from me and it was driving me nuts! AS is still not working... first time it's happened to me after all these years! I might try the ebay bid assist... does work the same way with good results???

Doesn't snipe.

AS has not been working all day. I guess it's time to try a good competitor. I know it's kind of strange to ask here but does anyone have a recommendation for a good alternative?

It must be something with the servers. I'm in a total panic because bidding forthe item I wish to add ends in the middle of the night.

I have become totally dependant on my Snipe!

I did send an S.O.S to the support line.

Hi Community,

We are aware that attempts to add snipes are currently failing, and that the "Could Not Find Item" message is being returned instead. Our engineering department is currently in the process of investigating this issue and we will have it resolved as soon as possible.

I will post again to this thread, as well as response to anyone who has filed a support request regarding this matter, once I have verified the problem has been resolved. Thank you for understanding.

We have found the issue. It looks like eBay has changed the information that is returned in the title field. This is what is displayed at the top of your browser when you're viewing an ebay item page.

Ebay used to display the title, item # and end date. They are now only displaying the title.

We are updating our code accordingly and will be back up shortly.

If you already had a snipe entered into our system, it will still be placed as normal. The current problem only affects entering new snipes into the system.
