Snipe not being accepted

Fairly new to this so bear with me! I have been using sniper for a bit with no problems, however today it didn't accept a snipe and said I had used up all my free snipes. It asked me to register again??!!

I pay for my snipes anyway and have a credit card on my account so why am I not getting snipes?

Anyone have any ideas please.

Well, you can solve this problem by either putting a credit card on file or by adding funds to your account via PayPal.

See, only the first 3 snipes are free, after that a small fee is charged.

I just started and have received 2 free snipes but have several more listed as ready. I have a credit card on file also. Will I be having the same problems?
