Snipe it now window

Placing the Sniper icon on my task bar in MSN 8--I do not open up IE since MSN 8 allows me to go to any web site through the favorites list, however I have tried to download the "snip-it-now" window and attach it to my ebay task bar and to my own task bar--but no such luck-I usually just open Auction Sniper, click on snipe-it-now and when the window to snipe comes up I minimize it and return to ebay and copy item numbers (Ctrl+C) and paste it into the snipe it box and add the bid price- better than copying it down and going back to the Auction Sniper page but still not what I would like, Any other users of MSN version 8 out there who can offer help. I have downloaded Auction Sniper and an icon was placed on my desktop-but it doesn't work-cannot find target.
