When I post a snipe with the "snipe it now" link the lead time I specify does not update- it looks like it uses the default lead time from my accont setup. Has this bug already been reported.

Also, you advertise that 99.9% of all snipes are placed as long as you have a 5 second lead time. I have had 3 bids in the past couple of days that were not in time (that I would have won by the way!!!) and my lead time was 8 seconds. This was 3 bids out of 10 that were actually placed- if my math serves me correctly that is a poor 70% placement rate at a LONGER lead time. WHATS UP????

Has anyone else had the described problems- please reply if you have.
I like auctionsniper as a whole and have good service out of it- I am just trying to understand why many of my bids (too hig a percentage) are not in time here lately.
Any like stories or suggestions would be greatly appreciated by all.

I researched my bids and looked at some othjer forum posts and figured it out. The items ended on a exact hour time.

Those times are real buggers. We're doing a lot to try and make those work well. We might have to start putting up warnings on such snipes so peopel are aware and can increase their lead times manually. We do some of that by tracking eBay response times and such but it isnt always enough I guess.
I was generally aware of the problem with long lead times during peak hours (Sat night, etc._), but not to the extent that you have described in other forum posts that recommend lead times of 15 seconds or greater. This has been caused by the advent of "Turbo Lister" by ebay where you may schedule times for your auctions to begin and most people pick an exact hour, half hour, etc. I try and change my lead times with "snipe it now" when I see auctions ending at peak times. Most of the time my default lead time is satisfactory, but not with auctions ending around 2100 pm PST etc.,,,. This is why I want "Snipe It Now" to work for specifying lead times.
It just eliminates an extra step if you can specify the lead time with "snipe it now". I can go to auctionsniper and modify the snipe after using "snipe it now", but why should I have to when "Snipe It Now" allows you to input the lead time you desire, but it just does not work?
Thanks for the help...
