Basically, it lets you add an icon to your toolbar. Then you use it to place snipes, while you're roving around ebay. It a cleaver device to give you another way to snipe. You should also look at "Import Wizard". That imports all your auctions from your ebay watch page.
One point of interest and this is kind of funny - I'm getting an error on my "Snipe It".
FYI - "Import Wizard" is on the "My Snipes" tab.
