Snipe bid wasn't executed

You have several problems.

1.) you are reusing bid groups. You cant do that. Once you win the # of items you've selected for the bid group future bids are canceled. You need to create a new bid group, or increase the # of items you want to win by editing the bid group.

OR: just create folders rather than bid groups if you plan to try and win every item you put into the folder.

2.) looks like some of your bid group bids where you indeed hadnt won an item yet didnt get their bid placed. Such as your receiver bid group. I've sent that one to the programmers to check out.

So first thing is to make sure you're not putting snipes into bid groups you've already won the alotted # of items for, and the second part we'll take care of.

I had the same experience today. I have a bid group which I've never used before - placed three snipes in it, and the one that should have been successful this morning never was placed!

What happened - or rather, what didn't happen??

This is the third time the bid group bid failed in a new bid group folder....ridiculous

I missed an important bid this morning because I placed my snipes in a bid group (like the ads say I should...) and the bid was never placed! And I'm not the only one with the problem.

Could someone look into the issue ASAP (now) please!!

I'm moving my snipes out of the bidgroups and keeping an eye on what's going on...

My bid group didn't snipe either (about 6hrs ago). No emails from AS confirming wins or failures.

Perhaps an 'audit trail' of what actually happened to each snipe (winning or losing) might be made available on the site (rather than just via emails) ?

I believe we made a correction to bid group items around 3pm on Thursday. Can you confirm you still had issues with bid group items after that?
